($34; 16% alcohol) Inky purple. Primary, pungent blackberry and blueberry aromas are complemented by notes of mocha and licorice. Juicy and weighty if a bit jammy, offering powerful dark fruit flavors and an absence of rough edges. Could use a bit more shape, though. Finishes with lingering sweetness and a hint of warmth.
