92 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - November/December 2009

($46) Medium green-yellow. A multifaceted bouquet combines intense hawthorn, subtle tobacco, sorrel, smoky flint and ripe yellow apple. This complexity continues in the mouth, where the wine's voluptuous yet juicy fruit is nicely framed by firm acidity and supported by good mineral cut. Apricot and celery salt linger on the long finish. Drink 2011 to 2023.
