($35) Pale yellow-straw. Subdued but clean aromas of ginger, yellow peach, wild herbs and truffle. Juicy, densely packed and intensely flavored, with strong acidity giving shape to the rich middle palate. A concentrated, spicy wine with a strong back end. In a traditional style but a bit less earthy than the Homme Mort.
