Pale yellow. Reticent nose hints at musky gingery spice. Tightly wound and firm, with slightly edgy acidity and firm minerality keeping the floral and spice flavors in check now. Not a sweet style of gewürztraminer. Slightly bitter and imploded on the finish. Serve this with food now or hold onto it for a few years.
