($25) Pale straw-gold color. Aromas of pear, mirabelle, acacia flower and dusty herbs. Sweet yellow fruits and flowers in the mouth, with firm acidity giving freshness to the middle palate but turning a bit tart on the end. On the lean side but nicely aromatic. Finishes with good mineral grip. Aged in used barrels.
