($70) Green-tinged gold. High-pitched aromas of lime, lemongrass, honeysuckle and talc. A delicate and precise rendition of Condrieu offering tangy citrus and pit fruit flavors and an undercurrent of zesty spices. The citrus and mineral notes carry through on the pure, energetic finish. This could be served with lighter shellfish or mollusk dishes, or with sashimi or sushi.
