($70) Medium green-yellow. Nose begins closed, with a soft, smoky quality, then hints at peach and apricot followed by subtle blossom honey. Satiny in texture and full-bodied yet sharply focused, thanks to a firm spine of vibrant acidity that lifts and extends the flavors of lime and papaya. Finishes with impressive length, and a distinct element of flinty minerality. Give this wine a good aeration if you plan to open a bottle anytime soon. I'd recommend drinking it from 2013 to 2028.
