Light, bright gold.  Honey, quinine and white pepper notes accent ripe pear and lemon pith aromas.  Dry and taut in the mouth, displaying good focus to its citrus and orchard fruit flavors.  The quinine quality comes back on the finish, which leaves a bitter and slightly dry-edged lemon zest quality behind.
