($25) Very pale yellow. Lemon, minerals, menthol, spices and a saline note that reminded me of sake on the nose. Shapely and intense, with noteworthy energy and grip to the lemon, lime and quinine flavors. The persistent rising finish reminded me of a gin and tonic. Very refreshing, minerally sauvignon.
