($15) Light yellow. Pungent aromas of orange skin, anise, salty minerals and jasmine. Sappy, finely etched orchard fruit and citrus flavors are braced by a chalky mineral quality and given depth by a subtle note of succulent herbs. A touch dry on the finish, with the salty note echoing.
