($23) Bright yellow. Mineral-driven aromas of lemon rind, pear, honeycomb, white flowers and talc. Light in body but chewy in texture, offering brisk orchard fruit and bitter citrus flavors and gaining richness with air. Firm but not hard, finishing with subtle sweetness and resonating minerality.
