($60) Pale silver. Deep, pungent peach skin and floral scents are complicated by anise and talc. Chewy lemon and pear flavors are given spine by dusty minerality, which adds cut and lift. Moves from deep pit and orchard fruit character to more incisive citrus flavors with aeration. Firm and unyielding today but offers excellent potential.
