Light gold. Mineral-driven aromas of dried pear, peach and white flowers, with a subtle note of honey in the background. Sappy, palate-staining orchard and pit fruit flavors are braced by a lemony quality and given spine by firm minerality. An exotic spicy quality builds with air and carries through a long, smoky, chewy finish. Quite concentrated but this doesn't come off as heavy.
