(100% albarino, raised for 7 months in French oak): Bright gold. A complex bouquet shows poached pear, pungent herbs, quince, lime zest and cinnamon. Racy,
sharply focused citrus and herb flavors are underscored by tangy minerality and complemented by a hint of pear nectar. Manages to be both nervy and dense,
finishing with strong punch, superb persistence and lingering stoniness. Wild stuff, and seems to be handling the oak just fine.
