This wine is outstanding and worth a special trip. For an un-oaked chardonnay, she has enormous presence and give one a true sense of what this grape is really all about. The perfect foil for the "anything but chardonnay" crowd, this wine fairly exemplifies hand-crafting and artisan made luxury. I served it with grilled salmon buerre blanc, sauteed spinach, and rice with lemon -- awesome.
