($15; a blend of verdejo, viura and sauvignon blanc) Light, bright yellow. Fragrant, spicy scents of green apple, lemon thyme, fresh bay and white flowers. Racy on entry, then broader in the middle, with juicy orchard fruit and sweet citrus flavors turning a bit hard on the back half. Finishes with solid grip and an echo of fresh herbs.
