($18) Pale bright yellow. High-pitched aromas of lime, white flowers and powdered stone: this could only be riesling. Then juicy, pure and penetrating, with tightly coiled flavors of citrus peel and minerals. Very strong, dry basic riesling with excellent definition and a persistent finish.
