($30) Pale green-yellow. Restrained on the nose, hinting at apple, tobacco, celery and dill with time in the glass. Medium-bodied and crisp, with discreet flavors of apple and honeydew melon. The moderately long finish of this uncomplicated food-friendly shows a wet slate component.
