(L09111; white capsule) Light, bright yellow. Fresh pear and orange on the nose, with complicating notes of green almond, honey and anise. Mineral-laced citrus and orchard fruit flavors are precise and refreshingly brisk, with a slow-building herbal quality gaining strength with air. The minerality defines the finish, which is juicy, pure and impressively persistent.
