(11.9% alcohol, 77 g/l r.s. and 5.9 acidity) Medium yellow. Tangy yellow fruits, licorice, lichee and honey on the highly nuanced nose, lifted by a note of powdered stone. High in residual sugar but with lovely ripe acidity giving the wine a distinctly juicy quality. Very pure fruit-driven flavors of yellow peach and mirabelle are complicated by spices and marzipan. The subtle, spicy finishing flavors build steadily and really cling to the palate.
