($48; a blend of grenache blanc, viognier, pinot noir vinified as a white, macabeo, roussanne, marsanna and Pedro Ximenez) Light, bright yellow. Exotic aromas of peach skin, poached pear, honeycomb and green almond. Deep, round and supple in texture, offering rich pit fruit and marzipan flavors and a firm bite of lemon rind, which adds focus and cut. Finishes with very good juicy persistence and lingering honey and floral notes.
