Pale, bright gold. Slightly restrained citrus and floral scents expand with air and show a suave, gently smoky mineral quality. Juicier pear and nectarine on the palate, with bracing acidity adding spine and cut. Finishes with good precision and an incisive note of lemon zest. Those who aren't fond of exaggerated viognier will enjoy this wine.
