($60; 13.6% alcohol, 48 g/l r.s. and 6 grams acidity) Full medium gold. Sexy aromas of flowers, golden raisin, truffle and almond. Fat, broad and sweet, with deep, very ripe floral and spice flavors dominating. Quite silky and opulent, but I wanted a bit more verve. Or is this just stubbornly closed today?
