($70) Full yellow-gold color. Very expressive aromas of citrus oil, candied lemon peel, butterscotch and iodine. Then round but firm in the mouth, with a distinctly mineral-driven saline quality and good structure for aging. I'd hold this for at least a year before pulling the cork.
