($60) Very pale color. Vibrant, delicately perfumed nose melds white peach, wild herbs and spices. Intensely flavored and tightly wound, with brisk acidity framing the flavors of lemon, herbal tea, minerals and spices. The spicy finish features sneaky mounting length and a late hint of pineapple. This has a pH of 3.5, which winemaker Ted Lemon describes as average, and a very moderate alcohol level of 13.5%. I'd give this a couple years in the cellar.
