($110) Golden yellow. Scents of apple blossom, white raisin and quince are highlighted by a hint of spicy botrytis. Luscious, candied fruit shows a velvety texture but an element of minty acidity keeps the palate fresh. Dense yet light on its feet, with an element of mineral salts providing spice on the long, elegant finish.
