($28) Light yellow-gold. Poached pear, peach and anise on the nose, with notes of white flowers and mint coming up with air. Fairly rich and chewy and focused, offering deep orchard fruit and floral flavors braced by zesty minerality. Nicely assertive on the finish, which echoes the mineral and peach notes.
