($25) Pale straw. Pure, sharply focused aromas of lemon, lime, white flowers and minerals. Peppery and refreshing, with tangy citrus and green apple flavors and a sneaky note of peach skin. Leaves tangy lime zest and spice note behind on the nervy, precise finish. I really like this wine's energy.
