More About This Wine
About Chehalem
Almost thirty years ago Harry Peterson-Nedry began scouting potential vineyard locations in Oregon's burgeoning wine country. He soon discovered what's now called Ribbon Ridge, an ancient, uniform sedimentary hillside at the extreme western end of the Chehalem Mountains. There, he planted the Ridgecrest Vineyard, Chehalem's oldest, in 1982.

This is a gorgeous pinot gris. balanced, lively and fun. it was great as an appertif, but i believe the acidity would also have made it very food friendly.
