($55) Medium green-yellow color. The minerally nose features apple spiced with anise and caraway accompanied by discreet smoky flint. Medium to full in body, with flavors of cantaloupe and abundant salty minerals. A streamlined acid structure lends the wine a silky texture. Yellow apple and flint lingering impressively on the long aftertaste of this very harmonious wine. Drink 2011 to 2023.
