($15) Greenish yellow. Pungent aromas of poached pear, yellow plum and melon, with complicating notes of honey and lime zest. At once rich and energetic, offering lush orchard fruit flavors and a bracing note of citrus. The juicy, minerally finish packs solid punch. This will be very flexible at the table.
