($29) Bright yellow. Pungent aromas of poached pear, smoky minerals and chamomile, with a subtle note of truffle coming up with aeration. Round and fleshy on entry, then quickly firms up to offer musky orchard fruit and sweet citrus character. Expansive but dry, with strong finishing grip and resonating minerality. This not about fruit.
