90 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - May/June 2010

($42) Golden yellow, the darkest of these four chardonnays. Exotic aromas of fruit salad, cotton candy, honey and coconut. Big, broad and rich in the mouth, with sweet, spicy apricot and tropical fruit flavors complicated by a saline quality and leavened by solid acidity. In spite of its exotic character, I'd give this tactile chardonnay a year in the bottle before pulling the cork.
