($65) Pale green-yellow. Piquant nose exhibits peach and dried apricot laced with ginger and honey over a background of wet slate. Powerful, full-bodied and tightly woven, with deep fruit flavors of peach, greengage plum and lime held in check by a firm core of acidity. The fruit flavors linger impressively, dusted by a nearly salty minerality. This beautifully balanced wine offers extraordinary aging potential. Drink 2013 to 2028.
