Deep red. Spicy aromas of raspberry and cherry, with subtle smoke and mineral qualities adding complexity. Round and sweet, offering fleshy red and dark berry flavors and betraying no tannins. Easygoing and fruit-driven, with good finishing cling and persistence. This is an excellent bargain.
