Light red. Pure redcurrant and wild strawberry aromas are underscored by smoky minerals and Asian spices. Bright red berry and bitter cherry flavors are lifted by zesty minerals. Finishes refreshingly tangy, focused and long, with echoing minerals and spices. This soil is extremely granitic, according to Steve Edmunds.
