($42) Bright gold. A complex bouquet displays fresh pear, quince paste, gingerbread and smoky minerals. Deep and sappy, offering sweet orchard fruit and melon flavors and good mineral cut. A late note of citrus pith adds refreshing bitterness to the long, sappy finish.
