Seriously Delicious Red

From a stellar winemaker (and grower) in the Roussillon. This is not a showy, bombastic wine, but it draws you in with its complex dark fruit nose, minerally, spicy, structure ladden palate, and elegant, long finish. Decant this for at least 1 hour and prepare to be surprised. Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvedre.
