($60) Bright red-ruby. Crushed berries, musky espresso and tobacco aromas lifted by a floral nuance. Subtle, juicy and pure, with a light touch to the currant, chocolate and spice flavors. Not a fleshy wine but offers very good intensity and life. Finishes with dusty, fine-grained tannins.
