90 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - May/June 2010

($24) Pale yellow with a strong bead. Lemon rind and pear on the nose, plus a strong note of talc. Tangy and sharply focused on entry, offering brisk citrus and dusty mineral flavors that gain richness with air while retaining vivacity. Then quite dry on the back, with noteworthy finishing clarity and lingering minerality. This puts on weight with air and will be very flexible at the table. Made entirely from 2008 juice.
