($150) Full, bright red. High-pitched, sexy aromas of strawberry and raspberry preserves, potpourri and incense. Spicy red fruit flavors are lifted by gentle acidity, which adds definition and energy to this exotic wine. The spicy note becomes more pronounced with air and carries through a long, sappy, intensely perfumed finish. This seems ready to drink and there are no significant tannins to get in the way of the fruit.
