Pale yellow. Mineral-driven citrus and green apple aromas are complicated by tarragon, mint and oyster shell. Tightly wound, nervy lemon and lime flavors show a distinctly salty quality and a deeper note of bitter pear skin. Loosens a bit with air and picks up a honeydew quality while retaining vivacity. Impressively precise wine with strong finishing thrust and lingering stone and quinine character.
