($35) Bright yellow. A complex bouquet displays Meyer lemon, pear, anise, smoky lees and minerals, with spice and floral qualities building with aeration. Deeply flavored but fresh, with gently sweet citrus and orchard fruit flavors and a sexy floral element. This is complex enough to drink now but balanced to handle at least another few years in the cellar.
