($20) Light gold. Ripe pear, honeydew and minerals on the nose, with a subtle kiss of buttery lees: this reminds me of Chablis. Pliant citrus and orchard fruit flavors display good depth and back-end lift thanks to juicy acidity. Finishes broad and dry, with an echo of sweet butter. I like this wine's blend of depth and minerality.
