($20) Pretty, bright red. Lovely perfumed aromas of sour red cherry, subtle violet and rose. The palate similarly displays textbook nebbiolo flavors of sour red cherry and baking spices, with lively acidity providing excellent balance and lift. Finishes clean and long, but with building mouthcoating tannins that beg for food.
