a pleasant surprise

Dry, clean, and vey pleasant with scallops. Was introduced to this wine when a couple brought it over for dinner. We chilled it the next day and drank it with dinner the sauteed scallops i had cooked. We seemed to have finished the bottle, happily. This is a a very good value.

The first glass was a smack in the face; my first thought is that it reminds me of lemon-pepper. Keep drinking and it gets a little better...
