($27) Pale, bright yellow. Complex nose melds passion fruit and anise notes with hints of lanolin and lees. Rich, broad and nicely filled in, with strong lemon and tropical fruit flavors lifted by a spicy element. Finishes with a brisk flavor of underripe pineapple. I'd give this 6 to 12 months to absorb its acidity.
