($29) Pale yellow color. Lemon rind, lime and green apple aromas are complemented by dusty mineral and floral qualities. Dry but ample, offering zesty citrus flavors with a strong mineral underpinning. Picks up a note of anise with air and finishes with impressive clarity and stony persistence.
