($13; sparkling wine with 8% alcohol) Light, bright gold with a strong mousse. Ripe pear and melon aromas are complemented by a strong floral note. Sweet honeydew and pit fruit flavors are a touch bitter on the back end but provide good palate coverage and finish with good clarity. Nothing cloying about this.
