simply stated: liquid velvet! This has become my favorite wine, so incredibly delicate.

bright ripe cherry nose, even evident from the cork (once it set on the counter a minute), gorgeous clear garnet color, tart red cheries up front followed by layers upon layers of different fruits (mostly red), as it finished I got the impression (rather than a taste) of wild mountain blueberries, what complexity! With more air (which was difficult! the 1st bottle only made it about 4 hours) the cherry faded silghtly and an undertone of tannins hinted at how well this wine might cellar, but I didn't order enough to last that long. The only dissapointment with "La Brume" is that I spent too long enjoying it and missed the "Cuvee W" offer before it sold out!

I get the whole privacy issue...it makes sense that some big name producer does not want their name published. But still you wonder if it is some marketing ploy...I should know better by now. it is just as promised and I wish I had more. Incredible stuff...you could not get better at $15 a glass at Gramercy Tavern.

This wine should prove finally that the USA produces as fine a wine as any other country in this world.

Great color, robust flavor that only improves with air. Open a day or two before drinking even though after you open it the aroma will tell of things to come

I liked it, but it is not a "killer Pinot" at this price. I can find off the shelf PN's of Oregon Pinots for less money that are at least as good. For me, price must enter the rating equation, and this one is a "don't buy again."
